I took today off and it turned out to be quite an eventful one with plenty of photo opportunities.

At midday, I met my mum and we walked to the Heartbreak Gallery to see an exhibition of one of her favourite artists Jack Vettriano

After lunch, we headed to the Tate Modern to see and walk on 100 million handcrafted and painted porcelain sunflower seeds. Hence the choice for my blipfoto. Here is another photo to show you the scale of the installation.

The evening was spent having a family meal on the South Bank. : )
