Mr Grumpy Goes to Town

You know your a grumpy old geezer when this makes you angry.

As it now illegal to smoke in public places, including offices, and more people are standing outside to have a smoke, the council has provided places where you can stub out your cigarettes before throwing them in the bin.

So why do smokers have to leave them like little scent markers outlining their territory, on top of the bin?

What's wrong with you people??????
