the crow

This story is inspired by the taking of this photo and the legend of The Crow. Vandals have stolen the life-belt, meaning a young man is unable to save his girlfriend from drowning and he too subsequently dies in the attempt. The man is resurrected by a crow, which accompanies him on his quest to seek vengeance on those who caused the death of his loved one. Under the guidance of the crow he tracks down and kills those responsible, only once this is achieved is his spirit able to find peace. The crow then returns to the scene of the drowning as the guardian of the life-belt and a reminder of the tragedy that has occurred.
