light a fire

brrrrrrr..... woke to rain, snow in the high country and temps that reminded us all that winter really is around the corner. this doesn't necessarily mean i'm putting away my flipflops since the all knowing weathermen are predicting highs back into the 70's by thursday and the weekend again....yay!

in the meantime, lighting fires sounds like a good thing to do tonight to stay warm.... having a cup of hot chocolate and cookies, too. this is a first taking a shot of flame - what'd ya think?
