Cooking as entertainment.

Had the chance to go and watch two cookery demonstrations this evening as part of the Love Cooking roadshow. Great fun and very entertaining. I particularly liked having a roving camera man to zoom in to what was being cooked which was then shown on the big screen.

This is Ainsley Harriot cooking up a dish that was very delicious - I got to taste some - akai and salt fish with chilli corn muffins.
