a bird..

I've seen this bird on my way home..I'm not familiar with all kinds of birds but this one looks rare for me. I commonly see 'Mayas' but this one, I don't not know what to call this bird..but my father's guessed was it belongs to the family of pigeon. whatever it is, i hope i can see it again..
