Shopping, again....
A long lazy lunch in the sun in the garden, then up to Mas Rolland to buy goats' cheese - a couple of pelardons cendrés (rolled in ash, and much nicer than it sounds), four fresh round cheeses to make a first course when a friend comes to supper tomorrow night, some hard cheese and several more small fresh ones to enjoy tonight. It's the best goats' cheese I've tasted, and I've tried a lot!
I had trouble with taking photos inside the goat shed, into the light from the doorway, but I wanted to get the effect of the light behind them... not sure I'm happy with it. Even though I kept goats many years ago, I've never noticed before that you could see light through the two parts of each hoof, so they really are cloven.
