Happy birthday!

Blipped about a year ago, the twins turned seven today.
The previous two years I was privileged to share this day with them, but since they will be visiting Africa (!!) later in the year, I had not gone on my usual journey that takes me halfway round the globe.
Who knows what opportunities next year may bring.

On a sombre note: today our brother-in-law, Rassie, passed away - he had been ill for some time and we feel sad for his lovely wife and children, left behind.
His youngest son, Chris is our son-in-law and we have been privileged to have known this lovely family for many years.
I will remember Rassie for his friendliness, gentle way and friendly smile, always present.

Our hearts go out to them.
