I Want To Ride My Bicycle

As you can see we managed to track down a cycle helmet for Katy. The bloke in the bike shop in Dingwall was very nice and helpful and didn't mention newspaper once. Katy was fairly delighted with herself and enjoyed a jaunt up to the top of the road and back. My thighs weren't quite so pleased and within about ten minutes were begging for mercy. I'm choosing to blame that on the extra weight on the back rather than my lack of cycling prowess.

The house was very quiet today without Abigail, and Katy slept until half nine this morning (pure bliss). Just in case we were missing Abigail too much though Gregor made sure to pay us plenty of visits and even peed on the hall floor for us (just to cheer us up you understand).


Neil has managed to get four shelves put up today so got a nice gold star to put on his reward chart.
