Yuck

sometimes going to the doctor's isn't good for you! Pills I can handle - even the really big ones - I just don't take too kindly to nasal spray's. On the plus side, this doesn't taste anywhere near as bad as the one I used to take for hay fever!

Fingers crossed the spray and pills combo will lift my headache and everything else that feels rubbish - I'm getting bored of feeling sorry for myself!

On another note - in my first trip to the supermarket yesterday since July, I bought thick sliced bread - FAIL!!!
