kerak telor Betawi

kerak telor is an authentic regional food Jakarta (Betawi), with the materials of white glutinous rice, chicken egg, ebi (dried shrimp marinated) plus dry roasted shallots fried, then given a refined flavor of roasted coconut, red chilies, kencur , ginger, pepper grains, salt and sugar. you must taste it, it's so delicious!
and this kerak telor is a part of Bulungan festival, yes it's day two!

before went to Bulungan Festival, i met up with him. aw aw..finally :)
we went to the cinema, watching movie wall street. a pretty good movie. then had lunch together, talking many things, walking around the mall.
and you still remember this one? i gave the other one to him. guess what? he liked it, and immediately wore it on his motorcycle key. aahhh.. i love Sunday! thanks for today:) :)
