Strange stuff in the garden...

We've been tidying up in the garden today, patio table & chairs put away, barbecue cleaned, leaves swept up - summer's over.

I wanted to blip a photo of one of the frogs Gary found when he was tidying up round the 'pig pit' (we've had 2 roast pig events in our garden this summer!) Unfortunately they must have hopped off as we couldn't find any.

What I did find though was this really strange fungus (I think) - I like how it looks against the old log. I'm sure it wasn't there a few days ago, it seems to have just appeared from nowhere.
