What am I?

It's Sunday again and it's been a foggy day. However, there has also been the joy that is gardeners question time. Oooh how I love that show!
So, we have this wee plant which is called the dotty plant, due to it's appearance!
I have no idea what it actually is called in the Latin world or even the common term!
Any suggestions would be greatly received.
