Penalty Kick

No pressure! A moment of concentration before taking a penalty.

I had to choose between this shot and one of home fans watching an incoming corner kick with the players jostling for position.

I chose this one instead because of not only the focussed player & the ball, also the dugouts behind with Oldham player-manager Paul Dickov arms folded, and Brentford manager Andy Scott already planning tactical changes, plus the general disgruntled looks and body language of most of the Brentford fans.

He scored the penalty, and this was the final goal in a 3-1 away win for Oldham, sending Brentford back to the bottom of the table. Bees, Bees, Bees!
