Triple 'Eader

"Ee lass, don't tha knows it's a rare sight t'see a triple 'eader cum thru 'aworth" If I said these were the words of the train spotter standing next to me whilst I took this blip, I'd be fibbing! I was just getting into the whole Haworth/Railway Children spirit. We were orienteering around the village today in a Bronte double header (Race 1: Haworth, Race 2: Thornton Village) which coincided with a Railway Enthusiasts Weekend, so there was much steam to be had.

Apparently a triple header (three steam engines on the front of the train) drives train spotters wild, and there were plenty of them about.

I wonder if this chap looks so glum because he'd rather be in the front engine?!
