A little tapestry

I've been working on this Garden tapestry for most of the summer and I'm trying to get it finished before we are struggling for any natural light. I find the nuances of colour difficult to distinguish in artificial light so I have temporarily abandoned the knitting to work on this.

This will be a picture when it is finished but you can see the results of my last piece of tapestry in the background, which is now a cushion.

Whatever I am doing at any one time depends on my mood and how tempted I am be seeing beautiful yarn. A selection of silks or wools in glorious colours gets me really excited and itching to start on something new.

It is expensive and I don't really need any more but I find it so hard to resist! (My husband and son certainly can't understand why I would want more cushions)
