On the road again (back blip)

Had to hare off down to the big smoke again to a friends birthday party. Made it in good time and had a good night in the presence of good company with good food (Italian, very Italian) Stayed the night in city pad, went to bed around 1am and didn't sleep a wink the entire night. Eventually got up at 7am (sat) and drove home. Hate it when I can't sleep. My granny was like that, my mother, me and my son also has difficulty in sleeping. It must be hereditory! I don,t feel tired,at least not yet. Used to have terrible insomnia when I was younger but that gradually eased and no I am not stressed, indeed if I am ever stressed I sleep better.
