Cumberland Sausage...

...or is it?

This is made in County Durham so I suspect the butcher is breaking some European law by describing it as Cumberland sausage.

But I think he's got the recipe right, all the same.

I am thinking of changing the name of my journal, as "pull out the plug" was snatched out of the air, without logic or significance, and not even a capital letter to big it up with.

So if you have any suggestions, I would be interested to hear them.

And I do aspire to blip things that you can't eat.
