Home produce

Today I was supposed to be providing a business lunch so I went shopping for supplies at Waitrose yesterday and thought I'd do a cheese platter with some fresh bread among other things. We have loads of walnuts to use up, some grapes and local honey, I experimented.

It tastes pretty good - would be great with all that cheese. Now the lunch has been cancelled I will have to have an impromptu cheese & wine party.
