Misty morning

Feeling really lousy this morning. Blocked nose, sore throat, thumping head - must be the deadly man flu...

Went for a walk to try and clear the head and glad I did - really great, crisp autumn day.

Need to sort the cold out soon - holidays next week - off to NZ
