Mind Boggling

I missed a seminar last Friday - only got sent the email notifying me of the event 2 hours before it started and I didn't get it in time. But anyway there was a recording of it put online so I listened to it - but I think I should have seen the diagrams to be able to understand it as instead my mind drifted off while watching the visual effects.
