A fab day running my Goal Mapping for Success workshop in Andoversford today - what fun we had - despite the rather choice language that came from the kitchens at one point!

The lovely delegates and their beautiful Goal Maps can be seen here - it's one of my favourite bits of the day seeing the maps that people draw - love it!

And whilst it was a fab day, it was also a long day with no real time for blipping!

However, as I was putting the car in the drive and shutting the gate, I saw this little beauty under the fir tree!

At least no-one's been nibbling it like the last time!
