The Broken Wall

Oh what a beautiful morning,
Oh what a glorious day...

Oh how I love it when the sun shines and I have a day off (ok...I still have all my chores and some work-related reading to do but I'm not thinking about that right now :-)

Went for a lovely walk and took this photo of a local church. I've been meaning to photograph it against the broken wall for a while I thought it was a nice lead-in, but every day I thought I might it's been pouring with rain!

This afternoon I have to do the 'necessary' stuff but you know...I don't care...it's such a beautiful day nothing is going to dampen my mood :-)

I found some old postcards the other day and thought I'd create my very own 'old postcard' of this lovely old church.

Edit: Well I guess someone 'reported' me for having a border...I didn't...it was a combination of texture and vignette but hey pettiness rules eh? Can I just say to whoever it was ...go and get yourself a life :-P
