Checkerboards - day 4

Great quilt that Jer's grandmother made him - I love it and I hope to learn to sew one day so I can make lovely things that my grandkids will use one day. The quilt is at least 25 years old.....

Made a mushroom & leek frittata for dinner with sauteed cauliflower/broccoli/kale. Pretty tasty, but not eggy enough - would add 6 eggs next time, and probably less milk. Also just used some cotija cheese I had on hand, but definitely would have been tastier with the goat's cheese.
