Is there any end to Madame's talents, having mastered industrial scale bramble jelly production, tonight she has gone for apple jelly. It looks and smells delicious.

Picked up a man called Jesse just in from Utah, kind of mega jetlagged but keen to live the Scottish dream, tomorrow he will have fish and chips. Taught him how to pronounce Edinburgh rather than Edinboro.
