Busy with Lego

Well, Duplo to be more precise. Kerr received a large tub of Duplo for his birthday from my sister and brother in law and cousins Abigail and Lucy. I thought he may still be a bit young to have the concentration to play with it, but he surprised me and sat quite happy fiddling with the little bricks for an hour this afternoon. While I stood very bored and got on with the mammoth ironing pile!

It's a very busy photo - I should really have cropped it to cut out some of the mess! However I quite like the way Fudge is smiling in the background, and even the ironing board makes an appearance :-) Also, Kerr's other favourite toy of the moment - his stacking rings. He amuses himself quite well these days which makes my day a bit easier!

Napping has gone downhill recently though. Kerr slept for about 40 minutes in total today, 1 hour yesterday and not at all on Monday. A few weeks ago he could easily nap for 1-2 hours morning and afternoon.
