Lit by firelight

As I now cycle to work with my camera bag close to hand, I was able to pull up sharply when I saw a Group 4 Security van visiting the bowels of the nearby Sheriff court. However, I discovered that I had left my card still plugged into the card reader at home and so was unable to get a newsy style image. Lesson learned.

So domestic matters call again. Having made a fire, I decided to try and shoot just using the light from it. I know it's quite a softish looking image but I quite like the effect.
