Crutch...

Snapped this off before the race.

Had to run a steep muddy section on the course and my knee collapsed under me. Had a ride back to the start/finish on a quad, had a nice bit of attention from the massage girls and drove to A+E, to be strapped up and sent home.

Crutches for a while I reckon. Crap.
