First day back to the normal job of chief bum wiper and nappy changer today! House seems to have remained mostly in one piece while I've been away, and only a couple of items of my favourite clothing have been ruined in the washing machine.

I was worried that while I was away Maddy would learn to crawl - it would be somewhat distressing to have given up my career to watch my children to grow up, only to miss a major milestone while off on a piss up weekend away!!! She hasn't learnt to crawl. She has however learnt to drag herself around the room, enabling her to get hold of the things Jamie thought he had moved out of her reach. Like Optimus Prime. He will not be happy when he gets home from preschool.
