Happy Mornings, everyone!

50 weeks

Katie loves the morning, she wakes up full of smiles, and she never fails to make me smile. This morning, the second she woke up, she rolled over to me (yes, she'd claimed my bed) and kissed me. And suddenly the 12am, 2 am, 4 am and 5am wakings faded into obscurity. Tooth number 2 is still bothering her.

This photo is taken sat in the windowsill in my room singing 'wind the bobbin up'. One of her favourite songs at the moment. We've been given a couple of fleecy onesies, which is what she has on. I've had to roll the sleeves and arms up 4 inches and it's still huge, but she doesn't like the restrictiveness of a sleeping bag and kicks of her covers. I don't think i've known a child quite as squirmy and wriggly in her sleep as Katie!

Its a hideous, grey day here, but we're venturing out for tea and toast in a bit, and then I think granny and grandad may pop round if they get their morning shift finished.
