rant time

went to the library in the town today and noticed the council had pulled down a night club built only 10 years ago by a private company, what i would like to know is how come the local council is having to pay for demolition of a private enterprise? if Mr Cameron is looking to save money, might be worth looking at these sorts of things that i dare say is happening all over the country!
