Whats your vice?

Spotted this whilst out on a walk down the shoreline at Wormit (on the mighty River Tay).

The Parkinson Perfect Vice, patented by Joseph Parkinson in 1884 is about all i could find out about it.

Looks like the remains of an old boathouse/workshop, with tracks and massive steel frame for launching and recovering a big boat from the shoreline.

Must be decades old, as there's rocks and *stuff* over the old tracks now and its all well rusted over.
