Millie

So while I was at work tonight, my better half Neil found this little echidna playing in amongst the traffic and thought he should save it from being run over. (He also thought it may have broken it's leg)

He rang W.I.R.E.S (NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service Inc) and they claimed to be so busy they couldn't pick the lil critter up this evening and asked us to keep it safe until tomorrow morning.

We named it Millie (after the Sydney 2000 Olympic Mascot and she is currently residing in her echidna playground (our bathroom) as she keeps trying (very successfully I might add) to get out of her box. LOL
