Onion Goggles

That's right, those are onion goggles. A staple of any serious ... onion cutter. Crying? There's no crying in onion cutting. You get in there, you cut that onion, and you cook it. No time for crying. Thankfully I managed to catch Sonja in a moment of some serious "blue steel" modeling for them.

It never ceases to amaze me what kind of culinary nick knacks show up in our kitchen. I think it's pretty safe to assume that this is the only onion goggle blip on here. I've tagged it with "onion goggles" to make sure this is properly memorialized.
