Enchiladas

Now I want to make some homemade.
Maybe L (neighbor) can help me.
Can vegans eat enchiladas? I'll ask her.

Felt a few drops of rain today, and the cold is coming in over the mountains.
It's a nice change from the heat last week.
But now I'll need to find some closed toe shoes_bye bye flip flops:-(
