wear helmet become invincable

I finally bought a cycle helmet and wore it for the first time on my journey to and from work.

I felt less safe today with it on.

Drivers seemed to give me more consideration and a wider berth when i didnt wear one.... having the helmet may give drivers the impression that they need to take less care - that i am invulnerable now i have a bit of polystyrene srapped to my head.
