Bangkok in the rain

Wasn't feeling too hot this morning - far too much alcohol consumed last night!

Flew Air Asia which was fine apart from the fact that we were surrounded by screaming kids! Arrived in Bangkok around lunchtime, checked into our (gorgeous) hotel and then headed for a late very boozy lunch at a French restaurant. Delicious meal, far too much wine and decided the Sky Train was a good idea - got totally lost trying to find the hotel and it ended up taking two hours... nothing that the most amazing cocktails in the world couldn't sort... cucumber and lychee martinis - absolutely amazing!

Headed for a bucket of Mojito and a late supper at a really lovely rooftop bar called Nest - perfect first day! I love Bangkok!
