Lentils & Mushrooms

And my first poached egg! Well actually my second, as the first attempt miserably failed. The mushrooms were splasged with some red wine vinegar, to work wonderfully well with the lentils.

Yesterday I had a pasta salad nicoise, but blip didn't let me upload. I added some celery to for a peppery crunch that goes really well with the tuna. It was a lovely picture of a non-soup dish of pasta.
