Lichen 8

Found on the iron strut of my garden wheelbarrow.

The wheelbarrow is old. It was given to me by my mother-in-law 44 years ago. She'd had it for 25 years. There used to be bicycle grips for the handles, but they wore off a long time ago. Now the galvanised pipe ends have worn smooth and shiny from my hands.

It still reminds me of my mother-in-law. She was a very special woman. I loved and admired her.
