tucked away

running behind on everything today... still feeling blah...think it may be allergies although that seems to be late in the season... sigh...

found this tucked under some branches all by itself. isn't that odd? no rose bush to be seen... just this lone rose in full bloom amongst the underbrush. other than cropping a bit, i left it alone as i rather liked the natural light and hues from the forest itself... i believe at times we should leave nature as it is; we should do that with ourselves, too, although we aren't as brave so much are we? to leave ourselves with no make-up or touch-ups... just bare faced as we were intended even though it'd be so much easier. what are we hiding? i have gotten better over time using less than i used to but still...
