Museum Of Living And Housing
Into Kyoto now for the remainder of the trip, can't wait to see start exploring. Made an important discovery last night, Plum Wine, not the stuff you get in the UK, this is pure nectar of the God's! Really lethal stuff that tastes like really yummy juice, and not at all alcoholic, so your three sheets to the wind before you've realised what's happening! Might have to smuggle a few extra bottles of this back to the UK!
We stopped in at the museum of housing and living today in Osaka, anyone who's heading that way, this is a must see, They've re-created a section of a town from the Meiji Period (1868 up to 1912) with houses and shops that you can freely step into and experience what life would have been like. We put on our kimonos and wooden slippers and clattered around looking at everything and had a great time.
Here's Ruby looking adorable in her kimono.
