Missed opportunities

A good day, most of the day was taken up with a training session to bring our knowledge of law up to date with case law. I know that sounds boring, but it was very helpful, interesting and a bit of a kick up the rear end - a reminder of the consequences of our actions is always a good motivator to do things as thoroughly as possible.

The training was in a conference centre built amongst the ruins of an old abbey. Beautiful lawns and gardens, old flint walls, and the rain always adds to the colour and textures in these settings, particularly with that stormy light. But guess who didn't have a camera?

Anyway, after work home to the family. Often it's late evening before I get to sit down and relax, and occasionally our old girl Lilly forgets that the sofa is by invitation only.

This is Lilly saying "Stop" at being asked to move.
