My brother and his girlfriend are in town, so while Clark went to watch 3D golf at the pub with his mates (seriously? I think someone might be pulling his leg about this, but he quite happily went off with my 3D cinema glasses!) my sister and I stole Sarah away for some girly time.

We'd planned to go to the Roseleaf down at the shore (Saying Roseleaf in Leith always makes my tongue slightly confused and it generally comes out as Roseleith in Leef....just me? Ok!) for dinner and drinks but you clearly have to reserve a table there on a saturday night! So we went along to the Kings Wark instead which was actually equally as lovely (I had a most delicious smoked fish risotto, yum.) then popped back into the Roseleaf for some cocktails in tea cups (so good!) later on before heading back into town.

We eventually met up with the boys in Ghillie Dhu (for anyone who knows us very well the words 'Gillie just don't' especially at 1am come to mind, however....) who were all in a much worse state than us! By the time I rolled in and made myself cheese on toast at 4 in the morning I probably wasn't in the best state either!
