A few years ago John wanted me to make lasagna instead of buying store bought lasagna. I said no way because it's too much fiddling and store bought is cheap!
I told him if he wants homemade he'll have to make it himself. So he does.
From time to time. Tonight he made 2 batches because he had too much ingredients for one!!
It was very yummy!

Looking forward to my sunday off work tomorrow then Monday I start pottery class again! yay!
