Record Rainfall

A record was set for rainfall on this date - over 8 inches (2o cm) caused all the streams to overflow their banks. It made driving to work rather inconvenient as each road I took had a flood detour. Not as inconvienent as this homeowner who wasn't able to drive anywhere!
