Drainpipes

Don?t we know how to live! What a gripping Saturday we have had?

During yesterday?s extensive downpour (and based on the number of photos of raindrops and other rain related shots I guess a lot of you also experienced it), our old lead drainpipes failed. Following investigation, I found that they were full with soggy, rotten and smelly pine needles, following 20 years of neglect - let?s just say that the five hours emptying them was memorable (and fulfilling in a masochistic kind of way) and I hope won?t need to be done again for another 20 years!!
