Unlucky! T_T

Don't mind me if this post is grumpy... I am very unhappy today! VERY UNHAPPY! Maybe I might just brust out into tears just to release some stress~~

The day was great when I first entered my counter and I did my very first sales of the day the very moment I stepped it. Everything was fine till these 2 women came in and bought 2 bags off the shelf. Even though the stock is new, there are some problems with the bag so we suggested that she take the display set as we only have 2 of that bag. The way she checked the bag is even more detailed than the X-ray. Blah blah blah, the 2 of them did lots of stuff and wasted about an hour? In the end we refunded them the money because we are way too pissed and they don't accept what we suggested.

And my watch cracked because of them~ I was packing and unpacking their stuff and the bag's accessory just hit right on my watch and it cracked. Is not a expensive watch but it is still important to me!!!! T_T My heart was already bleeding when I accidentally knocked it before then and had a small crack at the side. And now this is like adding salt on my wound~

So I went to lunch after they left. I was queing at one of the queues. I realised mine was really slow so I changed and transferred to the other queue. And the moment I did that, my previous queue was moving at lightning speed while my new queue is stucked~ T_T Completely down on my luck after I met the 2 of them!!! And my exhaustion just adds on to my lousy mood~~

I will still be wearing my watch even though it reminds me of that 2 women~ Sometimes I really dread working in the customer service line when I encounter all sorts of people. But after meeting such people, they taught me to be a better person! :D

I am still stress over the design! Even though I am in a lousy mood, I will still try to fight my way through tonight! I shall try my best!
