Caged House

Broken fence in the old Townhead area. The house in the centre of the shot is the janitors house from the old school in the right of the background that's since become the Phoenix Centre, and probably the oldest remaining building in the area after the rest of it was redeveloped. My favourite post-war Scottish artist Joan Eardley was based in the old Townhead. Many of the street kids she painted would have gone to this school.
