A European Capital - but not in the EU

It's always a pleasure, for someone who resides in Tram-Mess Edinburgh, to see well functioning tram systems. This one is a joy. It goes where you want to go. It interfaces smoothly with other traffic. The city centre is flat, so there are no major issues. It's cheap, etc. etc. The trams themselves are generally new, clean and not completely packed.

Still a bit of a grey day, and nothing particularly exciting to show you.
