Pre-historic fire extinguisher

Had a couple of hours to kill between briefs, so after dropping Alice at nursery went for a wander to Binning Woods.

Saw these fire beaters and just liked the shape they made. Quite reassuring to notice that they don't seem to have been used in a very long time, if at all.
